Nancy is a life long fiber aficionado and cannot remember a time when she hasn't had a needle and some sort of fiber in hand. A dairy goat farmer and soap maker from Granby, Connecticut, her journey into felting began with wet felting soap her soaps and then needle felting sheep on them to persuade her husband to add fiber animals to the herd. She didn't convince him, but she fell in love with roving, wool tops and two dimensional felting. Nancy enjoys teaching and sharing her love and knowledge of felting with new felters. She has taught felting for private groups throughout New England, in classes on her farm and at local fiber festivals.
