Thank you for your patience. Our next festival is Oct. 19-20, 2024!
THIS IS NOT for NEW VENDOR APPLICATIONS.
Please read instructions below.
1) Click the LOGIN button link to get to the page to reset your password to your new account.
Your username is the email address that received our MailChimp email invitation to renew your booth.
2) The booth fee schedule is $400 per booth until January 31, 2024. On 02/01/24, a Vendor Booth space will become $500 each.
3) On 05/01/24, a $50 fee will be added to the $500, making your per booth cost be $550 each. We hope the incentive schedule to renew earlier than later helps us know who is returning and who is not, so we can work to fill our booth spaces by October.
4) After logging in, you should see your booth space(s) listed and checked, ready for renewal with a total price to pay. If you see a message instead "Sorry No Booths Available", then please email email@example.com with your Business name and the email address you used to log in. There may be an email address issue.
5) There is NO EMAIL RECEIPT. Your receipt will be visible as a link after your payment is complete in your account. Log in to see the receipt on the same page you saw your booth renewal information. Print it as needed. If it still shows your booths ready to pay, then payment has not processed. Any questions, email us.
If the booth spaces listed for you to renew are NOT the booth spaces you want to purchase, then don't complete the purchase. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org FIRST and explain your request.
