Workshop Info

Students will learn how to enlarge the pattern (based on the Shrinkage Factor); wool fibers layout, working with decorative materials, felting (making a solid, beautiful, unique work out of wool fibers), sizing and shaping them. Taking them home! Enjoying the process!

Prerequisite:  Knowing about wet felting (at least theoretically).

Skill Level Required:  Beginner

This workshop is held in a heated tent.  Your hands will be in and out of water throughout the session.

A material fee of $50 will be collected by the instructor via Square or cash.  It includes wool fibers, plant fibers, yarns, small pieces of silk fabric, resists, bubble wrap, water conditioner, and soap.

Students must bring:  None

We also suggest bringing a battery operated light should you need additional lighting.
