Learn how to "paint with wool" in this beginner needle felting workshop. Students will learn how to use a felting needle to layer and attach wool fiber to a linen fabric backing to make this landscape. These techniques can be applied to other flat needle felting projects.
Also in this workshop, we will cover needle felting basics such as terminology, where to find needle felting inspiration and support and where to source the best supplies. You will leave with a beautiful felted picture. No experience necessary, but students must have good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to work with focus and care - felting needles are sharp!
