Love Color? Then you will love making these whisk brooms!

We will be using traditional Appalachian broom making techniques with a modern twist. The Tri Color Whisk is inspired by a Japanese broom having 3 colors. The Toe Sock Broom is named after the colorful toe socks we all love. Color choices in both the broom corn and the cording.

This workshop is held in a heated tent.  Your hands will be in and out of water throughout the session.

Skill Level Required: Beginner - all levels welcome.

There is a material fee of $33 payable to the instructor by cash or check.  It includes everything needed to complete the brooms and use of the equipment.

NOTE: There is no onsite ATM on Thursday and Friday.

Students must bring: N/A

We also suggest bringing a battery operated light should you need additional lighting.
