Have fun creating a vintage-like Halloween Cat nestled in a matching wooden frame. You will shape the newly developed Feltie Form Flat to make the cat's head and then needle felt it with classic Halloween colors. Fashion a bow for the cat and attach both to the prepared frame. Examples of completed works using Feltie Form Flats will be available to view for future ideas. Whether you are new to felting or experienced, this workshop will give you an introduction to another way to get creative with needle felting.
