Looking for a basket to hold your most recent yarn purchase or that almost finished knitting project? Measuring approximately 9.5” L x 9.5” H x 5.5” W, this leather handled beauty would be just perfect!
In this workshop, lots of skills will be covered including how to lay out the base, weave up the sides incorporating a variety of sizes and types of reed as well as how to rim/lash your basket.
This class is held in a heated tent. Your hands may be in and out of water throughout the workshop.
Skill Level Required: All levels welcome.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN THIS WORKSHOP
There is a material fee of $40 which is included in the registration fee.
It includes: All sizes and types of reed, leather handles, seagrass, the basket pattern as well as the use of basketmaking tools.
Students must bring: N/A
We also suggest bringing a battery operated light should you need additional lighting.
