Deborah Artist is a 3D artist living not far from the shores of beautiful Lake Ontario. She has been practicing needle and wet felting for over 20 years, after first being introduced to fiber as an Art Doll sculptor (currently her fiber of choice is Cormo, although that changes frequently!). Her background is in both art and science, and over the years she has worked as a dinosaur fossil preparator, graphic designer, set & prop builder for theatre, and zoo keeper, among other things. In her free time she always comes back to her first love, sculpting; and enjoys needle felting wool sculptures while trying to avoid her fingers, or at least not bleed on the artwork.
