All entries must be completed online prior to dropping entries off at the Fairground on Friday, October 16th from 2 - 7 pm. Entry fees paid at time of drop-off at the Fairgrounds.

Entries will be on display until 4 pm on OCTOBER 18th. Please plan to collect your entries by 5:30 pm. No entries should be removed from the display by anyone other than festival volunteers.

1. Contest is open to Amateurs Only.
2. No fee for entry.
3. All photos must be matted. Mats may have an interior border. No photos with GLASS will be accepted.
4. Photographs must be taken by entrant.
5. Entries must be received FRIDAY, October 16, 2026 from 2pm-7pm at Building E. Entrant will attach label on back of picture showing Title; Entrant Name, Address and Telephone Number, email if applicable and Category being entered.
6. Please note: NO ENTRIES will be accepted via the mail
7. Each entrant may enter up to 10 photos. (The ten photos can be in one category or split between the categories, but no more than ten in total.)
8. Picture Size: No larger than 8 X 12.
9. Submission of a photograph for this contest implies that the participant agrees that photo may be used on the Association's website and possibly in print material that depicts winning photographs or participants in general in direct relation to promoting the photo contest.
10. Photos will be judged on artistic merit, presentation and overall quality of the image. The decisions of the judges are private and final. The People’s Choice Award will be chosen by Festival goers by internet ballot with voting closing on Sunday. The images for consideration will be any of the 8 First Place Award winners chosen from the various classes.
