Learn how to fix your own clothes in a low pressure, hands-on class. You’ll be working on your own socks during the class, so you will learn how to darn and leave with a mended sock. We’ll be focusing on visible mending, so there is space to play with colors and patterns.
Sock darning is a great place to start because no one will see your mistakes!
We’ll explore all sorts of improvised darning tools, solve common pitfalls, and identify what yarns to use. Ultimately, we’ll be using simple tools, and focus on building skills that you can use at home.
