Students will learn to knit and purl confidently in the Continental style. By the end of the class, Beginners will be ready to start a scarf; experienced knitters will be ready to knit color work with a working yarn in each hand. Resources will be suggested to take students beyond the workshop. Class will be customized to fit interests of students, including yarn types, fiber content, knitting tools, pattern reading, etc.

With patience and humor, she excels in teaching Continental method to Beginners (or to experienced knitters who wish to knit “both ways”). With a degree in textiles and clothing, she brings fiber facts, pattern knowledge, and a keen desire to spark the love of knitting to her students!
