This pretty banner could grace many small spots in your home. Welcome friends on your front door... bring a smile to a little corner ...with these sunny flowers.

Learn the art of needle felting while creating this 9" x 20" banner on black wool fabric. Sunflowers are a great subject for a beginner as they are naturally rough and raggedy! You can learn all the basics and not have to fuss about smooth edges and perfect blends. And you'll feel like Van Gogh when you've completed this banner with a hanging dowel and cord.

All supplies are provided, just arrive on time so we can jump right into the fun of needle felting.

Skill Level Required: All levels of experience are welcome but this is a great workshop for novices.

There is a material fee of $20 which is included in the registration fee.  It includes: Background 100% wool fabric with rod pocket pre-sewn, 12 colors of 100% wool roving, thin dowel rod for finishing, hanging cord, written instruction with thumbnail pictures, use of my needles and foam work surface during class, and small incidentals.

Students must bring: N/A

We also suggest bringing a battery operated light should you need additional lighting.
