A well-planned and executed cast on and bind off can take a piece of hand knitting from ‘nice’ to ‘professional’. Different cast ons and bind offs have different strengths and weaknesses. Join us as we learn several different ways to begin and end our knitting so that our cast ons and bind offs behave how we want them to! Skills students will learn: Cable CO, Single Crochet BO, Chained CO, Lace BO, Slip Knot CO, Jeny’s SS BO, plus others as time permits!
Skill Level Required: Beginner - It is helpful to know the long-tail cast on and basic bind off.
