The Tobacco stick is a part of our American heritage that is becoming a part of our past. We will make a flat broom or round broom on an authentic tobacco stick using traditional Appalachian techniques.
Color choices in the cording.
This workshop is held in a heated tent. Your hands will be in and out of water throughout the session.
Skill Level Required: Beginner - All levels welcome.

There is a material fee of $38 payable to the instructor by cash or check. It includes everything necessary to complete the broom and use of equipment.
NOTE: There is no onsite ATM on Thursday and Friday.
Students must bring: N/A
We also suggest bringing a battery operated light should you need additional lighting.
