Many natural dyes are available in powdered or liquid extract forms. These concentrated dyes are easy to access, mix and dye with, making them an excellent choice for multicolored dyeing. We will explore some of the greatest hits: Indigo, Cochineal, Weld, Logwood and some others, and discover the best ways to create a dyestock for handpainting wool yarn. We will then use our dyestocks for create a one of a kind dye job on superwash sock yarn.
