Students will select a farm life related picture/photo which will serve as inspiration for their palette for the creation of watercolor paintings. Luis will provide instruction on color matching and mixing, blocking in the picture, development and correction to a fully realized painting. Color hue and value will be discussed. All skill levels are welcome, and students will receive individual instruction and support through the process.
SKILL LEVEL REQUIRED: Absolute beginner

NOTE: Images are a representation of the workshop project.
MATERIAL FEE: A material fee of $10 will be collected by the instructor via cash or check. It includes: plastic palette, paint, water reservoir, paper towel
STUDENTS MUST BRING: watercolor paper and 3 watercolor brushes - a materials list will be provided a few weeks before the workshop.
We also suggest bringing a battery operated light should you need additional lighting.
