Movement for Makers is a gentle chair yoga style class that teaches knitters, weavers, crocheters, and spinners key postures to keep the body ready for crafting. The repetitive movements of the fiber arts we love can be hard on the body. Learn meditations, breathing techniques, and movements to keep your body healthy, your mind centered, and spark creativity. We will explore how to add chair yoga, meditations, and breath work easily into your knitting, crochet, and/or spinning.

There is a $15 material fee for a massage ball, collected via cash, check or Venmo before class begins.
STUDENTS SHOULD BRING: note taking materials, a current small project to work on, something easy where you can put it down often to take notes or practice movements.
