This attractive basket is a great introductory basketmaking project! Whatever your work area in your home looks like, this basket is sure to be a useful addition there or anywhere.
Measuring approximately 7”l x 8”h (not including the handle), it's just what you need to hold your mail, tools or a pad of paper. It would also be perfect filled with dried flowers or hanging on your front door.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn how to lay out a filled base, weave up the sides and insert a leather handle before lashing the rim.
