Carolyn Rivello has been involved with handwork of all kinds since learning to sew in 4-H when she was young. She has been spinning for over twenty years. She holds a certificate from the Ontario Handweavers and Spinners Spinning Certificate Program and has taught and lectured at various local fiber festivals and spinning guilds. She has been crocheting for over thirty years and has taught classes in crochet, tatting, and knitting. She lives in Rochester, New York, with her composer husband in a house full of wheels, fleeces, pianos, and music writing paper.
